Although Guestsure has been designed to meet the specific
needs of the B&B establishment, African Rand realises that each owner
is an individual so cover and requirements will differ between owners
of each establishment. Therefore, this product will grow with the needs
of the establishment.
There will be periods where certain covers will not be required
(e.g. money). By giving us notice, you can remove the cover and at a later
stage request this cover to be reinstated.
Together with your broker, let African Rand tailor a package to satisfy
the specific needs of your business. Our product is underwritten by an A-rated insurer.
This is a brief summary of the cover provided by the policy and is subject
to the full conditions and terms of the contract.
The basis of cover is subject to the acceptance of the premium and the
policy issued by African Rand .

Forcible entry is not a prerequisite for
theft.
Guest effects are also covered.
No split in value required between business and personal

Any other perils which you choose.
Buildings
Your buildings and structures.
Outbuildings.
Loss of rent.
Legal liability (Public supply connections etc.)
Contents
Cover for ALL contents - your office as well as the guest house.
Guest effects that would not typically be covered have also been included.
Loss of profits
Loss due to the interruption of business of the B&B.
Money cover
Loss of money.
Bilking –guest leaving the establishment without paying.
